What are your dress rental Policies and Procedures?
After selecting your perfect dress it will be reserved for the date requested with a 50% deposit. Return to The Dress Garden at the arranged date and time and we will have your dress steamed and ready for pickup. After your event, return the dress to The Dress Garden at the arranged date and time. There will be a $10 per day late fee assessed, so please make arrangements to return the dress on time.
What if the dress I want has already been reserved?
All dresses are rented on a first come, first serve basis. However, all of our dresses may be reserved in advance.
Do I need to have the dress dry cleaned?
When you pick up the dress it will be dry cleaned, steamed, and ready to wear. There is a $10 dry cleaning charge added when you rent your dress, so you don’t have to worry about anything except returning the dress to us.
What are your consignment policies and procedures?
Bring us your new or gently worn dresses and let us make money for you. Every time your dress rents you will receive a royalty. Your royalty check will arrive in the mail and all you have to worry about is spending your money. If you are interested in us considering your dress for consignment you may send us a text at 801.678.3004 with pictures of your dress/dresses stating the size of each dress. We will review your dresses and let you know if we are able to consign them. Please call us with any additional question.
How long will my dress be consigned with you?
When you sign the contract, the dress will be kept for as long as you like, however you are committing to leave it with us for one full season. If a dress has not been rented during that time, we will then contact you as to what you want done with it. You may take the dress back or we can donate it to a charity for you.
What if I want to use my own dress for an event?
Simply contact us and we will reserve it for you and all you pay is the cleaning fee. If the dress has already been reserved for the same date it will have to go to the girl who reserved the dress first. Even though you are the original owner, we are still contractually bound to allow the first girl to take the dress.
Where is The Dress Garden located?
The Dress Garden is located on the lower level of a residential home located at 1053 West 2920 South, Syracuse, UT 84075. Come to the front door and you will be directed to the store.
Where should I park when I come to The Dress Garden?
Please use the driveway to the home if available. If the driveway is full please use overflow parking in the driveway directly across the street as to keep cars to a minimum parking on the street.
